Custom Home Design

Since we specialize in custom homes, our goal is to give the homeowner what they need. The only way to accomplish this goal is to be flexible enough to customize every home we build. When building with T.B.L. you have several options for choosing the right home for you:

  • We will build your home on your lot or you can select one of our lots.
  • You may bring your own plan for us to build.
  • You may choose from one of our plans and customize it to your specifications.
  • We can design a new home set up specifically for your needs and lot conditions.

We prefer to be involved from the start since our experience will help by:

  • Making sure the lot accommodates the home.
  • Giving design ideas that will save you money in the overall project.
  • Discussing features that add value to your home.
